Welcome to MapStop Holidays and Tourism Pvt. Ltd.. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A minimum advance payment (decided at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
• Balance payment must be cleared before the start of the tour.

2. Pricing

• All package prices are quoted per person unless specified.
• Prices may vary due to changes in airfare, hotel tariffs, taxes, or exchange rates.
• Any increase in cost due to government taxes, fuel charges, or other factors will be borne by the client.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges apply as per the hotel, airline, and transport provider rules.
• If you cancel after confirmation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days.

4. Changes & Amendments

• Any changes to travel dates, hotels, or itinerary will depend on availability and may attract additional charges.
• MapStop Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, airline schedule changes, etc.).

5. Responsibilities

• We act only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other suppliers.
• We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof).

6. Health & Safety

• Clients must ensure they are medically fit for travel.
• Any special medical conditions should be informed at the time of booking.

7. Visa & Immigration

• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• MapStop Holidays is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India
